Diet Stopped

So I had to stop my Special K diet when I got flu/cough/headcold like symptoms, having milk as a dairy product makes me feel worse so I have had to stop it at the moment. :( I seem to be getting worse everyday which I can't be bothered with, and I have work today! :( It's half 6 in the morning and I am trying to keep myself awake as I hardly slept all night! Anyway have a good day everyone!

Geordie Shore

So I just watched Geordie Shore in Magaluf! I miss Jersey Shore tbh, I don't think Geordie Shore compares really to it. I'm glad it will be back on MTV though on 6th September! Well excited :D It looks really good as well from the adverts so I hope it is! I think they go to Italy this time! Anyway I am going to get to bed as I have to be up at 6! :( Not good, and I have to go to work, so I'm going to watch Eastenders to set me off to sleep!!!

Special K Diet starts today..

Hey guys so I decided I need to lose some weight before I get back to University. So for the last 2 weeks I am working I will do the Special K diet this will last until Monday 5th September. For those that haven't heard about it, you basically have two meals as a bowl of cereal so I've chosen breakfast and dinner/tea, as at work I can have a huge lunch so, its easier to do it this way. 

So today I have eaten:

-1 x Oats and Honey Special K bowl (Only 1 because I woke up late and rushed into town)

-Southern Fried Chicken, Jacket Potato, Salad

-1 x Ice lolly (this avoids me eating any extras I consider it my treat/snack)

After I finish work I will start my exercise program, and I plan to do an hour-2 hours of rowing on a rowing machine a day. I plan to do Zumba on the Xbox Kinect. Also maybe a bit of Wii Fit or DVD exercises. 

I am really uncomfortable with the way I look so I am finally deciding to do something about it! I hope you guys support me along the way :)

I have an idea?

So I've been thinking about what I can use this blog for, as I don't really own any nice make up like mac etc because I just can't afford it, was thinking what you would think of me doing an advice blog? I'm studying Psychology and I want to go into a career of helping people, I don't know if it's a good idea. It might be naff, and I might end up being rubbish at giving advice! But there we go I don't know, any ideas what else I can add to my blog?

Shopping for University

So I've been looking for bits to make my room at Uni look really welcoming and comfortable, as it isn't the nicest of rooms (a student room). It's in a house and I have a double bed so reasonably happy! I've decided to have a  king size duvet as I think it'll be warmer for me! 

I bought a new duvet set today from Dunelm Mill called 'Betsy' in king size. It was £22.99. Here is a picture of it!

If anyone has any ideas of anything I can decorate my room with please attach links/ ideas to the comments section! :) I can't find a rug, the room has a blue carpet already so there is not a lot I can do about that! I just think I need to brighten it up a bit :)

Back to work again tomorrow...

Hey guys! :) So today is my last day off for another 5 days :( sad times.. back to work tomorrow, which I am not especially looking forward to but there we go! I'll be on my own colouring and stuff so :P it'll be great. 

Today my Mum took me shopping to a big shopping centre near us about 45 min drive away. I didn't really plan to get anything so I just went with the attitude of not spending anything! However... I went into Next and saw a coat that I have been looking for FOREVER. It is literally what I have been looking for every single year, and I was like -grabs and just took it. I have a photo of me in it for you guys :) tell me what you think?
